From unfamiliar interview formats to unspoken expectations around confidence, communication, and “cultural fit,” many capable candidates struggle to make it through. Without targeted coaching, it’s easy to be overlooked—not because you aren’t good enough, but because you didn’t know how to show it in the way local employers expect. That’s why this interview preparation session is designed specifically for people like you—bringing cultural insight, sector-specific questions, and real, honest feedback to help you present your best self with confidence. This 60-minute session includes: Mock interview practice tailored to your chosen role Common interview questions in childcare, schools, NDIS, or university roles Constructive feedback on your responses, confidence, and presentation Tips on how to talk about your international experience and qualifications.
